The 2019 Chassagne-Montrachet La Boudriotte 1er Cru has an intense bouquet with a little alcoholic warmth. The palate is medium-bodied with a slightly honeyed opening, lightly spiced with lower acidity than the other cuvées even though the alcohol is a reasonable 13.8 degrees.
