Cru is looking for talented individuals who can buy and sell fine wine/spirits through the Cru platform.
Cru operates from the UK, Hong Kong, France, Singapore and Russia and our Fine Wine Traders can be located in any of these territories (or possibly elsewhere).
Cru has a significant global client base in Europe and Asia. We also have an extensive network of supplier relationships across the globe, from which we source parcels of rare and exclusive wines/spirits. We get great allocations of Bordeaux and Burgundy and also get regular aged private cellars. We have wines/spirits stored in London, Bordeaux, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Our platform has been three years in development and we believe it is now market leading. Promoting and facilitating the sale of fine wine through Cru is increasingly easy and frictionless.
We currently have a team of six fine wine traders and are looking to double this over the next 18 months. Fine Wine Sales in Singapore
Cru is one of the most exciting new fine wine companies in Hong Kong. We have a state of the art ecommerce platform, a fine wine warehouse in Singapore and a sales / trading team based in Singapore.
We are looking to strengthen our Sales team in Singapore with the addition of Salespeople.
Cru is a digitally advanced and innovative company with a wide range of relationships with producers, wholesalers and other market counterparties across the world. Our clients demand the most exciting, interesting and (of course) attractively priced wines. Our hand sales team must supplement our digital offering by working in partnership with our Buyers to bring an additional level of service and relationship to our clients. We are looking for candidates with some level of experience in customer service or selling fine wine in Singapore. Probably more important is an active interest in fine wine, and innovative and creative attitude to business and a strong desire to work in a digitally sophisticated company.

E-Marketing Executive (Cru Asia)
Leading Asian fine wine and spirits retailer Cru Asia is recruiting a new executive to run its Asian e-marketing.
Based in our Hong Kong office, the Cru Asia E-Marketing Executive will:
- Write and present fine wine / spirits offers using our email template (Dotmailer).
- Administer offers on the Cru daily offers App / promote the widespread adoption of the App.
- Administer Cru’s Facebook and Google PPC campaigns.
- Devise and drive customer acquisition strategies across Asia.
- Conduct UX testing across Asian webstores.
- Maintain and grow Cru’s social media reach in Asia (primarily Facebook and Instagram).
- Develop additional digital sales channels for Cru in Asia. Especially a WeChat store in China.
- Assist in event planning and marketing.
- Explore ‘next generation’ new media for wine/spirits presentation (virtual reality, AI etc.).
Cru currently operates two fully transactional webstore in Hong Kong and Singapore and delivers to 8 countries across the Asian region.
The ideal candidate will have some experience writing about fine wine / spirits. At least a basic knowledge of fine wine / spirits is essential for the role. Any experience of digital image manipulation (Photoshop etc.) would be an advantage.
The candidate must be highly creative, free thinking and entrepreneurial and be committed to digital excellence. Cru is an innovative company which demands high standards and maintains a performance-based culture. We will agree targets / metrics for digital marketing which the executive will be measured on.
