Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager will shape the overall marketing strategy and implement marketing campaigns and communication strategies. Using advanced data analysis and AI, they will optimise digital communications to our large base of clients in multiple geographies. 

 

The Digital Marketing Manager will also design and implement social media marketing strategies and will use advanced segmentation to optimise client / promotion fit. 

 

The Digital Marketing Manager must be able to demonstrate:

- An expert knowledge of all aspects of contemporary digital marketing techniques. 

- Familiarity with Email marketing software, Hootsuite (or equivalent), Google Analytics, ecommerce ERP systems.

- The ability to thrive in a small but highly dynamic environment, in which experimentation and risk-taking are fundamental to the growth strategy.

- Experience of marketplace companies and how to promote and grow their user bases would be an advantage.

- An interest in, and familiarity with, how to use AI enhance marketing efficacy would be a further advantage.

Fine Wine Content Creator

Cru World Wine is looking for a European-based Fine Wine Content Creator to join our digital marketing team.

 

Main duties will include:

Operations Executives - Hong Kong

We are seeking an Operations Executives to join our global Operations team.  Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the successful candidates will:

 

- Have some knowledge of operations, preferably (but not essentially) in fine wine / spirits.

- Have an interest in shipping / customs / warehouse operations.  

- Be a resourceful problem-solver, who is detail orientated.

- Possess a methodical work attitude and be numerate / good with spreadsheet software.

Fine Wine Traders

Cru is looking for experienced or trainee Fine Wine Traders to join our Asian and European trading teams. We are happy to consider candidates based in any location.

 

Cru has created an excellent platform through which to serve experienced collectors in fine wine across the world. Our platform and local operations are all in place, and we have an excellent system through which to source, price and market fine wine. Cru is also becoming increasingly active in managing fine wine / spirits portfolios for external investors.

 

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our global trading team to source wines/spirits for managed portfolio and retail clients.

 

The successful candidates will be:

 

- Highly commercial;

- A savvy and robust negotiator;

- Either experienced at sourcing wines/spirits of the very highest quality, or with a keen interest in fine wines;

- Able to write offers of a high standard;

- Able to win the trust and confidence of producers and intermediaries; and

- Interested in the digital future of fine wine.

 

The role will suit dynamic and analytical individuals, who are adapt and using screening tools to identify opportunities. The ideal candidate will be able to identify, execute (i.e. negotiate the purchase of) and market (i.e. write up a trading idea) for each opportunity.
