  • Dom Perignon x Lady Gaga Blanc 2010 (1x75cl)

    James Suckling (98)

A firm and vivid Champagne with a precise, focused palate. Full-bodied and dry. It’s very layered and bright with light pineapple, peach, praline, cooked-apple and stone aromas and flavors. It’s very subtle and focused at the end. Integrated with richness and high acidity. Good depth. Reminds me of the 1995. Very clean. Solid. Lovely to drink already, but will age nicely.

  • Poisot Romanee Saint Vivant Grand Cru 2010 (6x75cl)

Renowned for its exquisite finesse and robust allure, the Poisot Romanee Saint Vivant Grand Cru 2010 is the embodiment of exceptional winemaking. Crafted in the revered vineyards of Vosne-Romanée in Burgundy, France, this red wine demonstrates a celebrated union of Pinot Noir grapes' vibrant character and the climatic idiosyncrasies of its terroir. Wine producer Rémi Poisot, a fourth-generation vintner, meticulously cultivates these grapes in a 0.48-hectare plot that holds unique geological complexities. Advanced viticultural practices with organic farming principles and manual harvest contribute significantly to the distinguished elegance of the Poisot Romanee Saint Vivant Grand Cru 2010. An intricate ageing process in oak barrels further amplifies its sophisticated profile, offering aromatic hints of red cherries, spice, and earthy minerals. On the palate, it reveals a profound depth with a stunning balance of acidity and tannins, cementing its place as an exquisite treasure amongst the world's finest wines.

  • Remirez de Ganuza Rioja Reserva 2010 (6x75cl)

    Wine Advocate (95)

The phenomenal 2010 Reserva is produced with 90% Tempranillo, 5% Graciano and some 5% of the skins of Malvasía and Viura grapes used for the white wine after it finished fermenting. Here, they select the grapes from some of their best and oldest vineyards, put them in cold storage for 24 hours and then exclusively select the grapes from the top half of the bunches. It fermented in 7,000-liter oak vats and small stainless steel tanks followed by malolactic and 25 months aging in new French barriques. This is a vintage that deserves to be laid down in the cellar, as it has all the components and the balance to develop into a superb classical Rioja with a few more years in bottle. Everything seems to be in its place, and all components show high quality: the tannins, the acidity, the oak, the fruit... Highly recommended. One for the cellar. 72,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in May 2013.

  • Trinity Hill Homage Syrah 2015 (6x75cl)

    Raymond Chan (100)

Full, dark, deep ruby-red colour with purple-black hues, near impenetrable. The nose has incredibly intense and penetrating aromas of ripe blackberry fruit with subtle dark raspberry and blue fruit notes, lifted by an array of red, violet and black florals, melded with fine spice elements and a suggestion of black pepper. The aromatic components are seamlessly interwoven and harmonious in presentation. Medium-full bodied, the palate is richly sweet and succulent with ripe, vibrant and lively fruit flavours of blackberries entwined with dark-red and blue fruit notes, along with dark-red, violet and black florals, melded with notes of liquorice, spice and black pepper forming a complex amalgam. The fruit is fine and beautifully concentrated with intensity and depth, the lusciousness balanced by considerable extraction, the tannins very fine-grained and flowery in texture. The acidity is ripe, and softly integrated, and the wine carries with great linearity and drive to a long and sustained finish of black fruits, florals and spices. This Syrah has a remarkably intense and perfumed nose with a beautiful array of floral aromatics, on a rich, succulently sweet black, red and blue fruited palate with considerable, but refined extraction.
