It has a brilliant nose of ripe red plums, black cherries, iron, darker chocolate, and spicy nuances all give way to a rich, concentrated, full-bodied 2022 that has remarkable tannins and a great finish. It's a big, ripe, sexy Saint-Emilion offering balance, purity, and ample finesse. Give bottles 4-5 years and enjoy over the following two decades or so. |
