Fresh acidity, orange peel, brushed leather, redcurrant. This is distinctive, with subtle intensity that builds slowly, never anything other than easy to love. The oyster shell salinity on the finish speaks of the limestone and volcanic soils. Clings on, sappy and mouthwatering.
