Ponce

Juan Antonio Ponce began Bodegas Ponce in 2005, at the age of 23, picking up biodynamic principles from his time travelling through France. Hand-harvested, whole-bunch fermented, in a type of fermentation known as "remango", he takes a natural approach, using low levels of sulphur dioxide, yielding a fresh, lively and engaging wine.
