The 2020 Tenuta degli Dei is wonderfully poised and vibrant. Cavalli's blend of (50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Petit Verdot and 15% Cabernet Franc) stands out for its precision. (6x75cl) 2010The Tenuta dei Pianali Bolgheri Coronato 2010 epitomises the elegance and depth characteristic of Bolgheri's esteemed terroir. Crafted by the renowned Tenuta dei Pianali estate, nestled along the Tuscan coast, this vintage benefited from optimal growing conditions, allowing Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc grapes to achieve perfect ripeness. Hand-harvested and meticulously selected, the grapes underwent a traditional fermentation process in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by ageing in a combination of French and Slavonian oak barrels for 24 months. The result is a wine of remarkable complexity, offering aromas of dark berries, cassis, and subtle hints of spice, complemented by a velvety tannic structure and a long, harmonious finish. Tenuta dei Pianali Bolgheri Coronato 2010 is a testament to the estate's commitment to quality and their expertise in producing fine, age-worthy wines that reflect the unique characteristics of the Bolgheri region.

Compared to the other wines in this vertical tasting, the 2012 Biserno plays its cards closer to the chest. Shiny, intense ruby red violet. On the nose shows great game, after coriander seeds and cardamom, very clear, behind it a lot of blackberry. Sated in approach and flow, unfolds with a lot of supple, dense tannins, builds up in many layers, dark berry fruit, spicy on the finish. In BondSG$1,895.00 -
