Wine Advocate (91)
I loved the 2015 Minervois les Fontanilles and it’s one of the bigger, richer wines in the lineup. Made from equal parts Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault and Carignan, aged in equal parts stainless steel and barrel, it offers outstanding notes of black raspberries, cassis and a liquid rock like minerality. Like all the wines here, it has an inherent elegance and freshness (probably due to this higher elevation, unique terroir), and I suspect will evolve nicely for 4-6 years.Inc. GSTSG$348.17 -

Half of the 2016 Minervois Les Fontanilles aged in oak, the rest in tank. The blend of Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Cinsault is from a plot on cool, north-facing terroir that is surrounded by garrigue, and those elements—rosemary, thyme, bay leaf—figure prominently in the wine, infusing the bright red-cherry fruit with hints of resinous herbs. Medium to full-bodied, it's crisp and long on the finish, ending with mouthwatering acidity.Inc. GSTSG$581.97 -

Vinous (84-86)
The 2017 Bourgogne Rouge, taken from tank, offers more fruit intensity than the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits Rouge, pleasant strawberry and raspberry unfolding in the glass. This fine wine hails from vineyards situated in the esteemed Jura Region of France, a region known for its unique and complex wines. The producers, Anne and Jean-Francois Ganevat have carried on a legacy, brilliantly blending tradition with innovation.
The wine provides an unforgettable experience, as the Ganevats follow biodynamic techniques, ensuring that each bottle distinctly portrays its varietal character and terroir. The Mon Rouge is crafted from a careful selection of native grape varieties, hand-harvested at optimum ripeness to maintain a harmonious balance of acidity and fruit. The wine is then aged in oak barrels, adding a depth of flavour.
The resulting Anne et Jean-Francois Ganevat Mon Rouge 2022 is an authentic expression of its origin, displaying a beautiful spectrum of red fruit aromas, savoury earthiness, and delicate floral notes, underlined by a refreshing minerality and friendly tannins. A wine that defines the tradition and precision of its producers, this is a must-have for every fine wine connoisseur's collection.

Like all the wines here, it has an inherent elegance and freshness (probably due to this higher elevation, unique terroir), and I suspect will evolve nicely for 4-6 years. In BondSG$262.00 -

Medium to full-bodied, it's crisp and long on the finish, ending with mouthwatering acidity. In BondSG$427.00 -

Vinous (86-88)
The 2020 Bourgogne Blanc comes from two parcels, mainly young vines around six years-old. It offers more tropical scents on the nose, touches of wild peach and a hints of nectarine. The palate has a pleasant roundness in the mouth, fine acidity, already quite generous to the point where you could drink this now. Delicious. In BondSG$375.00 -
Vinous (84-86)
The 2017 Bourgogne Rouge, taken from tank, offers more fruit intensity than the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits Rouge, pleasant strawberry and raspberry unfolding in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with firm tannins and crunchy dark berry fruit, but I would like a little more flesh to come through on the finish, which I’m sure it will by time of bottling. In BondSG$594.00 -

Moderately saturated medium red. Aromas of strawberry liqueur and smoky underbrush. Fat and sweet but with only modest vibrancy; fuller than usual for this wine, in the style of the year. Finishes with very fine tannins and good length. In BondSG$4,885.00 -
