Chanlins makes up two thirds of this cuvee with one third from La Vache (since 2022). 50% whole bunch vinification, while a bit more new wood (one third) has been used as they feel Pommard merits it. Mid purple, the fruit slightly more subdued though there is obviously plenty of it beneath. Certainly, the deep red raspberry fruit fills out the middle of the palate, with softly managed tannins at the finish. Drink from 2027-2032. Tasted Nov 2024.In BondSG$460.00 -
