Firmly established as one of the top producers in the Rhône Valley, Roger Sabon is responsible for some of the most sought-after Chateauneufs in the market. With winemaker Didier Negron described by Robert Parker as "one of the more intellectual vignerons in Châteauneuf du-Pape", this small estate of 14 hectares is a standout in the Southern Rhone.
Their Cuvée Prestige is the epitome of their success in the 2022 vintage, crafted from 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah, and a small amount of Mourvèdre, aged in foudres, oak tanks, and demi-muids. The ancient vines in the Brusquières and Cabrières lieux-dits, some up to a century old, contribute to the wine's power and richness. Awarded 94-96 points by Jeb Dunnuck, this wine is an exceptional introductory cuvée at only S$300 per case IB.
