Medium amber, delicate golden reflections with a reddish glow. Unmistakably complex bouquet of a fully ripe Botrytis wine, hints of prunes, sweet figs, arancini and dark nougat, a real Riesling concentrate. On the palate accompanied by a fine oxidizing note, reminiscent of great Tokay, a great, powerfully crafted wine, dark nuances on the finish, has enormous length and potential for generations.

The Prum family have lived in or near the village of Wehlen in Mosel since 1156. The estate was founded in 1911 by Sebastian and has since strived and succeeded to produce German Riesling of the highest quality. The harvest is done very late; this bold trait benefits the wine which has surprising longevity.
